Cancellation and return

The customer has the right to cancel their order after payment but before the goods have been shipped. For cancellation, please send an e-mail to the address info@ecoforkids.eu, where you enter your order number and your bank account number.

For the return of an item that has been delivered, it must be returned in the same condition and quantity. The customer receives a full refund only after the products have been returned in full. The customer is responsible for all extra costs in connection with the return of the product purchased on ekoforbarn.se online store.

For a full refund, the returned product must be returned in the same condition as it was delivered (ie completely unused). ADV Agency reserves the right to refuse to take back used products or to agree on a reduction in value (partial refund) if the returned product has been used. For a mutual agreement, ADV Agency sends an application form to the e-mail address you provided when you submitted the order. If you do not agree to the amount stated for reduced product value, you have the right to conduct an independent survey. The cost of the independent investigation will be shared equally between you and ADV Agency, except in the case of manifestly unfounded claims by either party. In this case, the costs of the independent investigation are borne by the party who made manifestly unfounded claims.

In case of cancellation according to point 1, or canceled order according to point 2, you will be refunded the full amount paid. Refunds for the returned item will be transferred to your bank account within 14 days from the day we received your refund request, provided you have returned the item within the same period, ie. within 14 days, except in the cases described in paragraph 3.

Goods made according to the customer's specific wishes, specially ordered or profiled goods are not refundable.

If the delivered item is damaged, please take a clear picture of the damage and send the picture to the e-mail address info@ecoforkids.eu. We conduct an investigation of the case and refund the full amount (incl. Item price and shipping cost) after that.
